Our Return or Exchange policy allows you to return a product for exchange or refund:

Case 1: Customer receives a wrong product

  • If a wrong product is delivered to the customer, then customer has to send back it to us and we will bear the delivery charges.
  • The product should be unused and the packaging should not be damaged.
  • All supporting documentation such as receipt of purchase, price tag, labels, and warranty card (if any) as well as all accessories should be dispatched with the product.
  • Once the wrong product is received, we will dispatch the correct one or refund the amount if desired product is out of stock within 7 working days.

Case 2: Customer receives the desired product but still wishes to exchange or avail refund

  • Customer will send back it to us, and customer will bear the delivery charges.
  • Product should be unused and the packaging should not be damaged.
  • All supporting documents such as receipt of purchase, price tags, labels, and warranty card (if any) as well as all accessories should be dispatched with the product.
  • The exchange or refund request should be made within 3 days after receiving the product.
  • Once the product is received, we will expedite exchange or refund after inspecting the product.

NOTE: In order to maintain hygiene, fabric products (towels, pillows etc) cannot be returned if the package is opened.
